How refunds, reschedules and weather holds work at Jump Iceland.

01 — Cancellations

Customer cancellations.

Plans change. Here's how refunds work when you need to cancel your booking.

  • More than 48 hours before your scheduled jump: full refund to your original payment method.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before your jump: full store credit, valid for the current or next season.
  • Less than 24 hours before your jump, or no-show: no refund or credit.
02 — Weather & Operations

If we cancel, you don't lose out.

Skydiving is weather-dependent. If Jump Iceland cancels your jump due to weather, aircraft issue, or any operational reason, you can choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A free reschedule to the next available date.
  • A transferable gift voucher with no expiry date.
03 — Rescheduling & Vouchers

Reschedules and vouchers.

We want you to jump when conditions are right.

  • One free reschedule is included for every booking, subject to availability.
  • Gift vouchers are fully transferable and never expire.
  • Vouchers can be upgraded to a different experience by paying the difference.
04 — General Terms

The small print.

A few important details that apply to every booking.

  • All prices are quoted and billed in Icelandic Króna (ISK).
  • Tandem participants must be in good health, under 100 kg, and 18+ (or 12–17 with a legal guardian).
  • Fun jumpers must hold a valid license, current reserve repack, and third-party skydiving insurance covering Iceland.
  • Arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss their load and forfeit that jump.
