Customer cancellations.
Plans change. Here's how refunds work when you need to cancel your booking.
- More than 48 hours before your scheduled jump: full refund to your original payment method.
- Between 48 hours and 24 hours before your jump: full store credit, valid for the current or next season.
- Less than 24 hours before your jump, or no-show: no refund or credit.
